      Children rarely misquote you. In fact they usually repeat word for word what you shouldn't have said.
      
      


      
      When she got home from school, a seven-year-old girl told her mother that Tommy had kissed her after class.
      
      "How did that happen?" asked the mother, shocked.
      
      "It wasn't easy. Three other girls had to hold him down for me!"
      
      

      
      Little Johnny said: "Mom, you know that lovely vase in the dining room that's been handed down from generation to generation?"
      
      "Yes. What about it?"
      
      "Well, the last generation just dropped it."
      
      

      
      A little boy was performing in the school play when he suddenly fell through a large crack in the floorboards.
      
      

      
      The audience gasped, but the boy's mother calmly turned to her friend and said: "Don't worry, it's just a stage he's going through."
